- The East African Community (EAC) has received funds from the African Development Bank through the NEPAD Infrastructure Project Preparation Facility (NEPAD – IPPF) towards the cost of the above road projects’ preparations and it intends to apply part of the agreed amounts of the grant proceeds to payments under the contracts for consultancy services for the above captioned project.

MISSION D’ACTUALISATION DES ETUDES TECHNIQUES ET ENVIRONNEMENTALES DES TRONÇONS : (i) RN7-SECTION : BUJUMBURA-NYAKARARO (50 KM) ET (ii) RN7-SECTION : NYAKARARO-RUTANA (82 KM)
1. Le Gouvernement de la République du Burundi a reçu un Don du Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD) afin de couvrir le coût du PROJET D’AMENAGEMENT ET DE BITUMAGE DE LA ROUTE NYAKARARO-MWARO-GITEGA (RN 18) / PHASE II TRONÇON KIBUMBU-GITEGA (SONGA): 24 KM ET LES TRAVAUX CONNEXES, et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie des sommes accordées au titre de ce Don pour financer le contrat de service d’actualisation des études techniques et environnementales des tronçons : (i) RN7-section : Bujumbura-Nyakararo (50 km) et (ii) RN7-section : Nyakararo-Rutana (82 km).
